The Columbus Amsterdam Business Improvement District (BID) was created to increase commercial activity and to create amore vital and active business center along Columbus and Amsterdam Avenues from W. 96 Street to W. 110 Street by
providing services and initiating capital improvements to make the neighborhood cleaner, safer and more prosperous.

Annual Meeting June 13, 2013
The Columbus Amsterdam BID will hold its annual meeting on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at Hostelling International, Amsterdam Avenue and W. 103 Street. Reception featuring cuisines from neighborhood restaurants at 6:30pm; program begins promptly at 7:30pm. The meeting is open to all residents and business and property owners in the area. Speakers include Nina Haiman, Dept. of Transportation and Jim Mackin, neighborhood historian.
