Mindfulness Meditation Class

Rounding Edges is partnering with our UWS neighbors at Liberated Fitness to start hosting guided meditation sessions & socials beginning Sept 5!

No experience needed - just bring yourself. We’ll begin with a short intro, move into ~30 minutes of guided mindfulness meditation, and close with group discussion and Q&A followed by a short social time with music, drinks, snacks and time to make new friends.
