If we can’t help you, we’ll assist you in identifying the correct City agency to contact. Please remember that we welcome input from business owners, since it allows the BID to better advocate on your behalf. Please contact us if you see a role in which we can be helpful.

- Food Service Businesses: NYC Commercial Organics Requirements began on July 31. By law, staff-handled organic waste must be source separated for collection. For more information, visit here.

Business Services
Serves as a single point of access for all questions that local businesses have when it comes to interacting with government. The agency can help businesses obtain permits and licensing, access financing and incentives, hire and train your workforce, and more. The agency also runs several Business Solution Centers, which offer free business counseling and classes to small business owners in all five boroughs.
